What's WXTS 88.3 up to these days?

Received a confusing e-mail with an invalid return address that seemed to indicate that Toledo Public Schools WXTS FM 88.3 has changed format from Jazz. Anyone down that way in listening range that can tune in and find out? Keep in mind that TPS shares the frequency with WXUT, the University of Toledo's station on 88.3. IIRC, WXTS has the morning and afternoon and WXUT has evenings and overnights.

Still running Jazz when I flipped it on yesterday morning.

Perhaps the e-mailer happened to catch the frequency on a day TPS was closed or on break, when WXUT had the frequency for the day?

I'll be back in the area on Thursday; I'll check again. But the usual culprit is that that person flipped on 88.3 on a day when TPS was off (holiday or school),found WXUT on over the air instead, and assumed the change was permanent.

Curious? is this one of the few stations in the country that shares the same dial postion with another? WXUT and WXTS?
