Will EMF unload 1520am?

1520am has been Simulcasting K-love for about 2 years now, one of the few, if the only AMer they have in the country. I dont see what purpose this really serves. They aquired the station along with 96.9 from Pastor pitts a couple years ago. K-love usually doesnt keep AM's from what I've seen, could say, Toledo radio LLC come in and purchase it and reformat it to sell with 107.7fm?
